Welcome to the Master Your Energy Course!


Hi, I'm Asttarte Deva. I've been a Holistic Healer, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher, practicing and teaching Meditation for over 20 years. In this course you will find multiple styles of Meditation for relaxation and peace, clearing energy, removing blocks, releasing stagnant energy, experiencing deeper and more profound love, releasing emotional blockages and awakening to a deeper experience of bliss and pleasure in the body. The course moves through a progression, going from more beginners style Meditations and Exercises to more Advanced as you move through the course.

Please follow the Course in order from Module 1 up to Module 11. (weeks 1 to 11). In this way, you will experience the most benefits of the course, and allow your body, energy and senses to develop at a gentle pace and to help integrate what you've learned and practiced for each week. Nearing the end of the Course, you will experience 2 weeks of Integration practices to help assist and support what is necessary to help integrate from the whole experience. You will watch the videos that will expand on this and what is important to help continue your practice and allow you to go deeper and maintain consistency and create commitment for your long term practice.
