There are 11 Modules to this Course.
There is an actual of 7 Meditations of the Course, the 1st week is a Bonus gift of Energy Scanning, totaling 8 weeks of different styles of Meditations.
Weeks 9 and 10 of the Meditation classes are the Integration weeks. There will be Meditation reviews offered in the Classes for Modules 10 and 11 for those that took the live course and want to go over one or a few of the different styles of Meditations. Here you will be offered the opportunity to watch those courses and listen to the recording.
Module 1 is the Introduction of this Course with the Video on the Introduction and Bonus Meditation on Body Scanning and the Energy Body.
Module 2 we start with the actual course.
Each week of Meditations builds off of the previous week.
